Living Spaces
A sitting room (which can be converted to an en suite bedroom), fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a table seating 10. 5 bedrooms, an outdoor dining area and free on street parking combine to make your stay at Claremont House pleasant and hassle free.
The private rear garden is an enclosed space safe for children to enjoy, and ideal for barbecues and enjoying a drink outside on a warm evening.
Ground Floor Bedroom
This ground floor bedroom is currently set up as an extra sitting room but has en suite facilities and if you notify us in advance we can set it up as an extra bedroom.
Ground Floor Bedroom
A beautiful King size room at the front of the house with en suite facilities. The room has a lovely bay window allowing plenty of light into the room.
1st Floor Front Bedroom (Large)
A large front-facing double or twin bedroom, with a private en suite bathroom.
The king sized bed is made up of two singles so can be split into a twin if needed. The en suite bathroom has a toilet, large walk in shower and wash basin.
1st Floor Front Bedroom (Small)
A smaller bedroom suitable for children with bunk beds overlooking the front of the house.
1st Floor Middle Bedroom
This bedroom in the middle of the house overlooks the side and has en suite facilities consisting of a toilet, wash basin and large walk in shower.
1st Floor Bedroom – Rear
A comfortable double room with views over the rear garden of the property. The room is not en suite but has a bathroom next to it consisting of a toilet, a wash basin and a large walk in shower. There is a further toilet on this landing
